And the app allows technicians to manage accounts from their mobile device. It also gives them the ability to identify and pull-up accounts that are closest to their location, so they don’t have to backtrack when traveling from account to account. The app is now integrated with Google and Apple Maps, so if a tech needs help finding their way, one click on the address will provide directions.

It expedites the alarm verification process without the time-consuming process of making phone calls to a subscriber’s contact list which often go unanswered. Dealer Dashboard – A revolutionary data visualization tool that can help dealers minimize attrition, maximize monitoring efficiency, and capitalize on service opportunities. The dealer dashboard includes widgets such as the MLS Tool. With the free MLS Tool, dealers can see when their accounts list their property for sale. This provides an opportunity to contact customers before they sell to possibly retain them as a customer in their new home. An additional benefit is being able to see when houses have been recently purchased, giving dealers a jump start on connecting with the new residents.
