This integration brings an entirely new set of alarm sensors, panels, and phone apps by Ajax Systems, to be professionally monitored by AG, the industry's fastest growing alarm and event monitoring provider in North America.

The Ajax translator enables communication from Ajax systems to our monitoring service. For those that are technically savvy, the Ajax translator supports Sur-Gard (Contact ID), ADEMCO 685, and SIA DC-09 communication protocols to convert encrypted hub events into a format supported by CMS software. In laymen’s terms, this will allow the Ajax systems to speak to our monitoring software in the same language – no unsuitable code that can’t be read by the software.
