Our monitoring roots trace back over 40 years. Since then, our innovative team has lead us to become pioneers in central station and disaster recovery. We now provide services to dealers across all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.
1977
What is now known as AvantGuard Monitoring was originally founded as Mountain Alarm. A traditional alarm company that monitored approximately 300 burglar alarm accounts.
2002
We opened a second central station in Tacoma, Washington and began wholesaling our monitoring services.
2004
The wholesale monitoring division of Mountain Alarm was formally branded as AvantGuard Monitoring Centers.
2013
We opened a fully-redundant monitoring center in Rexburg, Idaho.
Today
Now, AvantGuard is a truly independent wholesale alarm monitoring company that provides its services to hundreds of dealers and their subscribers across North America.
