Justin Bailey

Justin Bailey joined AvantGuard in June of 2010, as V.P. of Strategic Development, leading AG’s IT team in software development as well as developing and implementing various monitoring center tools and equipment.

Taking the reigns as President in May 2017, Bailey has led the company through dramatic growth, driving key strategic functions and forging beneficial partnerships with AG’s customers, manufacturers, service providers, and industry influencers. He was integral in developing hybrid partnership models that allowed traditional security companies with internal central stations to leverage AvantGuard’s technology infrastructure and advanced monitoring software as managed services.

Mr. Bailey is a strong proponent for the acceleration of technological standards for alarm-related industries. During the Covid pandemic, he was influential in launching an emergency mobile monitoring plan that enabled monitoring center operators to work from home to ensure uninterrupted, quality service for subscribers while maintaining operator safety and well-being. He has also driven the successful implementation of an artificial intelligence solution to automate the handling of false alarms and expedite emergency calls.

Bailey has been featured in ‘Security Systems News’ 20 under 40. In 2018, Bailey was added to the TMA Board of Directors and continues to be recognized as a prominent voice in the monitoring services industry for improved innovation and service standards.
