While this may seem like a common business strategy to some, staying up to date on the technology in the security field is largely beneficial for customers or companies alike!
Whether it is simply offering the latest, cutting edge tech that sets you apart from other competitors, or training your staff to become more knowledgeable than the rest, one thing is for sure, if you stay up to date, you won’t fall behind in the rapidly growing technology curve.
Customers want freedom, but more importantly, they’ll want to know their options when it comes to their PERS devices. While self-monitoring may be free of fees, there is a greater risk that you incur. You not only depend on yourself, but on the responsibility of your close friends or family to respond to a call if needed.
By choosing to have a professionally monitored device, that is never the case. There will always be someone watching over you, ready to help 24/7.
