Camera-less Devices Could Change The Security and Fire Monitoring Landscape

Minut, a Swedish company, has a device that could completely alter home security. While it might not be as well known as Ring or Nest, Minut’s device stands out because of a unique feature: no camera.

It is a puck-like sensor that attaches to the ceiling using a passive infrared motion sensor. It creates a new way to secure your home without the sacrifice of personal privacy.
