When designing the next generation of Belle products, Freeus made sure to keep the end-user in mind. Knowing that their customers are looking for a product that can offer them freedom to explore and give them and their families peace of mind, they were able to make a variety of improvements to their device’s capabilities. With all of the features listed above, the new Belle LTE enables users to enjoy a seamless experience from the very beginning. The device can be activated remotely by an authorized Freeus dealer within minutes. And the account can be managed via their cloud-based Orion platform.
On the user side, the device includes an LED light around the call button that indicates the status of a call, and acts as a way to alert the user when the pendant needs to be recharged.
The device can be worn around the neck or attached with a belt clip.
Belle’s 30-day battery life makes it one of the longest-lasting in the mPERS industry. And users can press the battery status button at anytime to get an update on whether or not it’s time to charge it. Users and emergency contacts can also get battery status updates via text and/or email alerts through the Orion platform.
Belle’s simple design allows users to press one button and be connected to our highly trained, AvantGuard operators within moments. Its wifi capabilities help our operators see the customer's location, and quickly assist them in any way they need.
