The New AG Mobile App

The AvantGuard app has been officially released. After finishing the beta test and preliminary release, we are proud to announce that the app is in full functionality and the wrinkles have been ironed out.

If you don’t already know, the app is an account management tool for technicians to easily find accounts and customer homes, place accounts on test with more control than any other option available, and the app reduces the time it takes to test accounts since you don’t have to call an AG operator.

You can find the app for android and apple phones in the Android marketplace and the Apple app store.

2019 Version Of NFPA 72

It’s been more than three years since the 2016 version of NFPA 72 came out. Now, the 2019 version has taken its place, and it comes with some interesting changes.

In our latest article, we go over what some of the biggest changes were, and what they mean for companies that use NFPA 72 to guide their business processes.

One of the major changes made, was the removal of NFPA 720, a provision that was the Standard for the Installation of Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detection and Warning Equipment.

It’s not gone, though, because all of the same information has been placed throughout NFPA 72, combining the two topics and making the two synonymous in the way they are regulated.
