The Dealer Dashboard is a revolutionary data visualization tool that can help you minimize attrition, maximize monitoring efficiency, and capitalize on service opportunities. It helps you better understand your customers' interaction with their alarm system so you can make the most out of scheduling service appointments, and recognize how the monitoring center is handling those alarms. How to Use the Dealer Dashboard

When you first log into the Dealer Dashboard, you may feel intimidated by the amount of available widgets on the default screen. Don’t worry, one of the best parts about the dealer dashboard is you can customize it to only display the information that is most important to you. The following video shows you how to add and remove widgets, as well as how to navigate the dealer dashboard.

Understanding how customers are interacting with their systems or products can be vital in managing your accounts as efficiently as possible. Efficient accounts lowers attrition, raises RMR, and increases their market value if you ever plan on selling your accounts. The Operator Handled Event Factor widget is a great tool to help you better understand your accounts, and undercover your problem accounts with high monthly alarm scores. Then you can work on those problem accounts to make them more efficient. Here’s how it works:

The dealer dashboard can even help you set goals for your accounts. For instance, if you have a goal to lower false alarms, you might want to get all of your customers using the AG Chat system. The Experience Optimization widget can help you set that goal and keep track of how many accounts are migrating to the chat system.
