Monroe, GA - In the middle of the night, Arthur and Irene heard something from their basement followed by their home alarm blaring. Immediately after, they received a call from one of our operators, Katlyn. Irene picked up the phone, and quickly explained the situation.
Arthur and Irene were both in their mid-80s, and were terrified. They thought they had heard something from their basement when the alarms began. Katlyn made the quick decision to dispatch the police, to help put Arthur and Irene’s minds at ease.
While there was no sign of a break-in, Irene stated that her and her husband were very grateful. “Our system worked very well and was prompt in getting us help,” the couple stated. Even though they were safe, they were lucky to have Katlyn there when they needed someone the most.
