Now that we’ve returned as rested from ISC West, we’d like to thank everyone who visited our room and met with the team. We had a lot of awesome meetings with customers and are excited to progress with companies who haven’t signed up with us.
This year we unveiled the new AG App, an account management and testing tool that we’ve been developing. As we’ve gone through the beta testing process, dealers have expressed how easy it is to use, and how much they love being able to customize their default test settings.
In the room, we had complimentary back massages, custom AvantGuard socks, bath bombs and an awesome space to relax. If you didn’t make it this year, now you know what you can look forward to next year.

AvantGuard’s integrated partner Alarm.com won the MVP Award at ISC West for their new Sensor Walk Test feature. The feature was created make technicians more independent and efficient. Within Alarm.com’s MobileTech app, technicians can now place accounts on test and verify the results of those tests.
Before, technicians had to call a central station operator and work with them to perform a lot of the functions they can now perform alone.
The biggest caveat with the new feature is it requires a unique integration with the central station you work with, and not all central stations have the integration in place.
