Feature Spotlight: Action Plans

Jun 10, 2021 9:35:13 AM

Your customers want consistently amazing service. What’s one way AG provides that? Action Plans.

What is an Action Plan?

An action plan is an automated decision-tree that generates scripts for our operators based on the responses of the customer. No, the customer is not speaking to a robot, rather these action plans help our operators assist customers in a consistent and timely way each and every single time.

There are a countless number of situations that operators may encounter in a single day. Each situation has unique variables that could possible make it difficult for the operator to make a quick and accurate decision. These action plans reduce unsureness and help our operators act as quickly and consistently as possible.

Let’s use this scenario for instance: There is a break in at your business. Based on the signal that is sent to your location, the operator knows it is a commercial alarm and the action plan generates a specific script to read to the customer. Based on the customers responses, the action plan continues to generate scripts for the operator until the signal is closed out. This process reduces false dispatches and speeds up response times to alarm signals.
