Action Plans

Action plans help our operators assist customers in the most efficient way possible. Our action plans are essentially an automated decision-tree that generates actions and scripts for our operators in real-time. These action plans help speed up our service to our customers and helps reduce human error.

Take this scenario for example: There is a fire at your residence. Based on the signal that is sent to the central monitoring station, our operator knows the signal is coming from a residence and generates a list of actions and a script to read to the customer. Based on the customer’s responses, this generates more actions for the operator to take. This system streamlines the signal response process and helps our customers receive help quicker and eliminate false dispatches.
