  • Our Dedicated Developers are able to be very agile in meeting the needs of your business. We've built many custom tools for our dealers, reports, apps, internal efficiency tools, and more.  
  • The AG Dealer Dashboard provides you with insight into your customers’ behavior and interaction with their alarm system. From the dashboard, you can see their account activity, call answer rates, accounts with a high number of alarms and dispatches, etc.  
  • We have built Customer User Interfaces in addition to our monitoring platform to give you a more user-friendly way to manage your accounts, do data entry, pull reports, and review account history. 
  • Our MLS Reporting Tool provides you with a list of your accounts that have their homes for sale. It allows you to proactively reach out to your customers that are moving to offer alarm services in their new homes. It also gives you lead info to reach out to the new homeowners. 
  • Caller ID Injection is also available. It shows your business name and number on caller ID whenever our operators need to call your customers. You can share a dedicated phone number with your customers that they will recognize and expect calls from.
