About Jason Caldwell & Stephen Tapper

Jason Caldwell is a business development and sales training manager for SureView Systems.

Mr. Caldwell has 10 years of experience in managed and monitored video and security services. He joins SureView from UCIT Online Security, where he was director of channel partners and was responsible for the development, growth, and management of the company’s partner base of system integrators and security companies. Caldwell previously worked in an identical role at Acadian Monitoring Services where he helped build that company’s video monitoring program into one of the largest in the United States. He also spent time with Bosch Security Systems’ Cloud-based Services business unit, which also focuses on managed and monitored video services for the central station environment.

Prior to shifting his career to the security industry, Mr. Caldwell spent nine years working in marketing and public relations for technology companies.

Stephen Tapper, Director of Central Station Accounts for Immix, is responsible for all central station sales and account management of the company’s Immix ®Central Station (CS) product within the Americas, Caribbean, and Australia. 

With more than 20 years of industry experience and a vast knowledge of the security market along with a large network of key contacts, Stephen is responsible for driving and managing the growth of the CS business unit by combining his technical background and selling skills to assure complete satisfaction of  Immix’s central station customers. In this role, Stephen has overseen the company’s largest period of growth by bringing on more than 200+ CS customers worldwide.
