There are several different methods you can use to find a customer’s home, access their account to review information and even make changes in the account.
From the home screen, you will see some accounts listed by recently searched, as well as accounts that are closest to you geographically.
If the account you are looking for is not found in these lists, you can tap on the search bar at the top of the screen.
You can find the account you are looking for, searching by:
- Account ID
- Physical Address
- Account name.
