Our Operations Department
We strive for perfection in our services every day. Our quality assurance department and continuous training help us make sure our operators are providing a fast, friendly and accurate response to every alarm signal. Each of our central station representatives must complete a rigorous proprietary training program before beginning work at one of our monitoring centers. All of our employees also receive continuous training to ensure proficiency and to stay current with ongoing advances in the monitoring industry.

Our dedicated quality assurance department continually monitors alarm traffic to make sure every operator responds in a fast and accurate manner to every alarm signal. Operators work as individuals and as teams to consistently set new goals to improve service.
We strive to accommodate every individual that relies on our services. One of our efforts to provide quality service to every client includes spanish speakers on site as well as quick access to other language services through our third party language service. This step helps our dealers increase their client base as they can rest assured that we are capable of meeting the unique monitoring needs of many individuals.
