AvantGuard’s president, Justin Bailey, will be speaking at this year’s ESX event in Nashville Tennessee, focusing his message on how to maximize your monitoring center. In his educational presentation, Bailey will provide an update on the latest monitoring-operation technologies in the industry that help dealers become more efficient and subscribers to have better customer experiences.

Presentation Details

Bailey’s presentation will take place on Wednesday, June 20, from 10:00am–11:15am in room 101 C. The educational block is called “The Monitoring Center of the Future is Here Now! – Technology You Must Leverage to Thrive (M1).”

Bailey will be accompanied by ItsPayd CEO, Ken Green and Vivint Smart Home’s director of central station technology, Mike Tupy. Their combined knowledge will provide invaluable insights into running an effective monitoring center, how to gather actionable data and even how analytics can help with such tasks as staffing and other administrative operations.

The Future of Monitoring

Bailey noted on his anticipation of the presentation saying, “This will be an important topic for a lot of people. I think the monitoring industry, as much as the security or PERS industries, have reputations for lagging behind the technical trends. The focus for this presentation will be to demonstrate new technologies that are available to dealers and how that new tech can help them. I think this will help drive enthusiasm for new innovation and will cause more dealers to ask more of their monitoring partners.”

Often pushing for change, his background in software and technology have allowed him to see problems as opportunities and to understand the limitations of technology as well as the strengths of human operators in protecting lives and property.”
