Recently, two of AvantGuard's highly trained central station operators received praise for their efforts in saving lives.  AvantGuard was contacted by a Senior Housing Facility in Moab Utah that uses AvantGuard's monitoring. They praised AvantGuard's central station operator Mandy who quickly and flawlessly handled a fire alarm from the facility. Mandy's quick response, and attention to detail assisted in getting the correct response personnel on the scene quickly. Literally tens of lives were saved becuase of Mandy's efforts.

AvantGuard also recently received a call from a subscriber in Carlsbad California who uses AvantGuard to monitor their Personal Emergency Response System (PERS System). They called to thank AvantGuard's Central Station Operator's Ashlie and Cory, who had earlier handled their medical alarm signal quickly and accurately which resulted in the subscribers life being saved.
