A few months ago AvantGuard Monitoring Centers announced our plans to upgrade to the new state of the art alarm monitoring software called Stages by SGS. Over the last several months our Operations, Development, and Information Technologies staffs have been working diligently to ensure that the transition to the new Stages software goes smoothly.

 We are pleased to announce that we are nearing our completion date. During the week of December 6, 2010 we will begin converting and handling alarm signals exclusively in the Stages monitoring software.

To assist you and your staff with the transition to the Stages web access tool, AvantGuard’s Dealer Relations Department has created easy to follow training videos that can be found on AvantGuard’s website at www.agmonitoring.com Simply place your curser over the Dealer Login button on the right hand side and a drop down menu will appear. You may then click on the Stages Training Videos option. You will be asked to enter your username and password that you currently use for web access. We invite you and your staff to view these videos as often as you would like.

 If you have any questions after viewing the videos, please contact your Dealer Representative. Please continue using the web access site to familiarize your staff with its use until December 3, 2010. Once we have completed the conversion, a notice will be sent that you may begin using the Stages web access site for permanent data entry changes.

Please note all of the permanent data entry changes that are made after the conversion via Stages web access will be updated immediately for the central station. Data Entry will no longer review the web access changes. If you currently email or fax the changes to Data Entry, you may continue to do so.
