In addition to standard central station industry training courses, such as the Central Station Alarm Association's Level 1 training program, AvantGuard's Central Station Operators are subject to the companies own rigerous training program which consists of four different tiers. Ashlie Sartor who is a Grave Shift Shift Lead in AvantGuard's Ogden Utah central station is the most recent graduate of the companies Level 3 training program.
