Brek Grover

In addition to standard central station industry training courses, such as the Central Station Alarm Association's Level 1 training program, AvantGuard's Central Station Operators are subject to the companies own rigerous training program which consists of four different tiers. Cody Sorenson who is a central station operator in AvantGuard's Ogden Utah central station is the most recent graduate of the companies Level 3 training program.

Suzie Nye, AvantGuard's Vice President of Operations said "Cody acheiving his Level 3 certification is a big deal. It means that he has successfully completed rigorous training programs on resolving alarm signals and central station operations, Emergency operations, and Data Entry protocol. This certification establishes Cody as a senior central station operator who is better equipped to serve our dealers and their customers."

AvantGuard invests heavily in the training of it's Central Station Operators. "Our training and testing process, in addition to our technology and customer service is what separates AvantGuard from the others in the wholesale monitoring industry. We are commited to being the best central stations in the industry, and having highly trained and knowledgable operators who are capable of taking care of our dealers and their customers is one of the many ways AvantGuard achieves that goal." Suzie continued.

Please join us at AvantGuard in congratulating Cody on his acheivement!
