May 14 2012 Laci Butterfield named First Quarter 2012 Administrative Employee of the Quarter |
| Laci Butterfield, a Data Entry Clerk in AvantGuard's Ogden Utah headquarters has been named as the Q1 Administrative Employee of the Quarter. Laci began her career at AvantGuard as a Central Station Operator in 2009. Laci quickly proved to be an outstanding operator with a tremendous eye for detail which made her a natural for her current position in the Data Entry Department. Laci was selected for this award by her peers. Some 25 AvantGuard administrators proposed nominees for the award, and Laci received the most nominations. According to Morgan Rallison, who is AvantGuard's Data Entry Department Manager, and Laci's supervisor she earned this honor due to her excellent customer service. Rallison said "Laci is amazing on the phone, and her etiquette is great! She is very dependable and has the ability to get along with others, and create relationships with our dealers which is awesome.
