AvantGuard Central Station Operator Brenda Herrera helps fire crew save two lives in Virginia house fire
Brek Grover
AvantGuard Central Station Operator Brenda Herrera is being lauded as somewhat of a hero for the role that she played in coordinating a life saving rescue where fire fighters pulled two people from a raging house fire in Richmond Virginia.

Brenda, who is a Central Station Shift Operator in AvantGuard's Ogden Utah monitoring facility received an alarm signal from the Virginia residence at 12:08am on the morning of November 5th. Brenda acted flawlessly as she dispatched the appropriate  fire and rescue crews to the residence.

Because of the responders fast arrival at the scene, crews were able to pull the two occupants from the burning house and save their lives!

Great work Brenda!
