AvantGuard Monitoring Centers would like to thank Jasmine who is an operator in our Washington Central Station for her great work and attention to detail. As AvantGuard is one of the nations largest Personal Emergency Resonse Systems (PERS) monitoring companies, it is an every day occurence for our highly trained central station operators to respond to a customer who is in a life threatining situation.

Recently, AvantGuard received a call from a customer in Massachusetts who was experiencing severe chest pain, and activated their medical PERS alarm system. Jasmine responded quickly and accurately to the alarm which resulted in the customers life being saved. AvantGuard sincerely appreciates the great work of Jasmine and our entire Central Station team who literally assist in saving lives every day!
