May 16 2011 AvantGuard Central Station Operator Claudia Bernabe helps Thwart Home Invasion Attempt |
Authorities are recognizing AvantGuard Central Station Operator Claudia Bernabe for her part in preveinting a home invasion attempt on a residence in Washington.
Claudia who works in AvantGuard's Ogden Utah Central Station received Kitchen doors and windows alarm signal from the residence where assailants were attempting to gain entry. Claudia proceeded to expertly execute protocol, and coordinated a police response. Because of Claudia's fast response, police were able to arrive before the would be home invaders could get in the house.
