AvantGuard operates mirrored redundant Surgard System III receivers at each of our UL listed central stations which ensures that receiver lines can be automatically transferred to either central station facility.

AvantGuard uses GE MasterMind automation software which uses 5-way hot server redundancy to mirror data in real time over servers located in two different states.

AvantGuard telecommunications systems use multiple redundant paths which are provided by multiple providers to reach either central station facility. This allows AvantGuard the ability to immediately redirect voice or alarm traffic to either central station facility.

AvantGuard Monitoring Centers has invested heavily to accomplish 100% Redundancy between our 2 UL Listed, state of the art Central Station facilities located in Ogden Utah and Tacoma Washington. This 100% complete redundancy includes facilities, data, receivers, and telephones. Many central stations in the wholesale alarm monitoring industry claim to be fully redundant, but in reality most are only data redundant.

This 100% redundancy means that our accounts will never go unprotected due to power failures, storms, or other disasters. If for some reason one of our central stations becomes impaired, signal traffic automatically is routed to the other central station with no human intervention.
