Delivering customer service is our highest priority. Each of our central station representatives are CSAA (Central Station Alarm Association) Level 1 certified operators. Central Station operators must also complete AvantGuard's own rigorous propriatary training program. In addition, AvantGuard employees receive continual training to ensure proficiency and stay current with ongoing advances within the industry.

AvantGuard also has a dedicated Quality Assurance department that continually monitors alarm traffic to ensure fast and accurate response times.
AvantGuard Monitoring Centers is equipped with operators who speak multiple languages fluently.
