Sadika Lively has been named the Washington Central Station Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2012.

Sadika currently works as a Central Station Shift Lead in AvantGuard’s Tacoma Washington Central Station facility. Sadika started with AvantGuard as a Central Station Operator. She quickly demonstrated her tremendous work ethic and attention to detail which resulted in her being promoted to the position of Shift Lead in January 2012.

According to Washington Central Station Manager Amber Bachus – Martin, “Sadika is being recognized as the Employee of the Quarter because her hard work and dedication since being promoted to Shift Lead in January has raised the bar.” “She constantly strives to lead by example and is always willing to help those around her. I am proud to have her on our team.”
