AvantGuard Monitoring Centers is pleased to announce the relocation of its corporate headquarters, and central station facility in Ogden Utah this July. 

The new facility is much larger than AvantGuard’s old Utah offices and will allow us room to grow and expand as technologies advance.  It has been designed and remodeled to be a state of the art, UL listed facility.  It will be UL listed for 827 and 2050. The new offices have a much larger central station, as well as spacious administrative and conference areas to facilitate delivering the best customer service and response times possible.

Thanks to our significant investment in redundancy (AvantGuard has a fully redundant central station in Tacoma, Washington) and technology we were well prepared to provide uninterrupted service to our dealers and their subscribers while the relocation took place.

AvantGuard would like to recognize and thank Utah Central Station Operator Alisha Boyd. Alisha recently received a medical alarm from a subscriber in Illinois who was having a heart attack. Alisha’s quick and accurated response resulted in Emergency Medical Technicians arriving quickly and the subscribers life was saved. Great work Alisha!

Justin brings a wealth of experience to AvantGuard. Justin holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management, as well as a Bachelor’s of Business Management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management. Just back from a quick trip to AvantGuard’s new corporate headquarters and central station facility to check on the renovations that are ongoing. As of tonight new carpeting has been installed in the operating areas of the facility. Also, new tile has been installed in the server rooms and break room areas. Glass work, trim, and touch up work will be starting soon.

AvantGuard will be moving in to the new facility later this summer. The new facility will be UL UUFX and 2050 listed and allow AvantGuard with room to expand as technologies develop.
